JD Vance, Ohio senator and running mate of Donald Trump, revealed that he knows of a senator experiencing ‘serious’ side effects from the coronavirus vaccine.

This disclosure came during Vance’s appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, where the potential vice president shared his insights.

‘One of my Senate colleagues prefers to remain silent, yet is concerned that his sense of balance has been permanently impaired, leading to dizziness and vertigo,’ Vance stated.

He further expressed that he has conversed with several individuals who claim to have suffered vaccine-related injuries, many of whom remain private about their experiences.

‘You cannot question this,’ Rogan remarked throughout the discussion. ‘It’s a taboo subject.’

‘People are aware of those who have been injured by the vaccine, especially within left-leaning circles, but they are hesitant to speak up… They fear being labeled as anti-vaxxers.’

At present, Americans can choose from three coronavirus vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax’s protein-based formula.

Common side effects experienced include pain and swelling at the injection site, along with fatigue, headaches, and muscle discomfort reported by some.

Other frequently reported symptoms are chills, fever, and nausea; however, there are rare instances where patients experience severe adverse reactions.

Anaphylaxis, a serious allergic reaction resulting in breathing difficulties, has been noted, along with other significant conditions, as outlined by the CDC.

Guillain-Barré syndrome is one such side effect, wherein the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy nerve cells, potentially causing muscle weakness and paralysis.

Other uncommon side effects encompass myocarditis and pericarditis, characterized by inflammation of the heart muscle or its surrounding tissue.

Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome has also been associated with the coronavirus vaccine, where patients reported symptoms of blood clotting or increased clotting risk.

The Republican Party has advocated for accountability from employers and educational institutions regarding vaccine injuries incurred by employees and students due to vaccine mandates.

Representative Matt Rosendale (R-MT) proposed the University Forced Vaccination Student Injury Mitigation Act, which mandates colleges enforcing vaccine mandates to cover medical expenses for students who experience adverse side effects.

‘Those unprepared to face the repercussions should never have proceeded with such actions,’ Rosendale stated.

‘Colleges and universities coerced students into receiving an experimental vaccine, fully aware that it would not prevent COVID-19, while possibly leading to severe health complications such as Guillain-Barré syndrome and myocarditis. It is time for educational institutions to be held responsible for their disregard for student health and financially address the issues they have instigated.’

A recently published study in the JAMA Network Open indicated that residents of Republican-leaning states were more likely to report adverse effects following their COVID-19 vaccinations compared to those from Democrat-led states.

This suggests that patients’ perceptions of their side effects and their willingness to report them may be influenced by their political affiliations.

In states where there was a 10 percent increase in votes for Republican candidates in the last presidential election, there was a corresponding 5 percent increase in adverse event reports, along with an impressive 25 percent rise in reported severe adverse events.
