Alvin Bragg’s Flimsy Case Against Donald Trump: Sean Hannity Reacts
Sean Hannity, Fox News host, has expressed his thoughts about the delay in the grand jury proceedings against Donald Trump for the second consecutive day, detailing the weak case Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg has against the former president.
SEAN HANNITY: « Our top story here in New York. Alvin Bragg is sweating even more than usual tonight. Now, his pathetically weak case against former President Trump has totally imploded. Let’s be very clear here. The case died this week. It’s very obvious. It’s very clear. It’s transparent. Alvin Bragg fully intended to indict Donald J. Trump this week. But for the second day in a row, the grand jury proceeding was cancelled today. Now, Bragg is telling Reuters that it was former President Donald Trump who created a false expectation of arrest. That was never going to happen, according to Bragg, apparently. Really? After a years-long investigation, the convening of a grand jury, the prosecutor’s meeting with law enforcement to coordinate the imminent arrest of a former president. And we’re supposed to believe that somehow Donald Trump created a false expectation of arrest. »
JORDAN INVESTIGATES TRUMP PROBE « UNPRECEDENTED ABUSE » AND POLITICALLY MOTIVATED MANHATTAN DA ALVIN BRAGG
…
Manhattan prosecutor Alvin Bragg has spent thousands of hours and millions of taxpayer dollars on a case surrounding a legal NDA about an alleged incident from 2007 that both parties deny. Based on the allegations of a serial liar, a convicted criminal, Michael Cohen, who is determined to exact revenge on his former boss. Now, a low-level crime that is so weak, so convoluted, and perhaps even outside the statute of limitations that a grand jury in the deep blue of New York could very well – and seems to be rejecting. Don’t forget that you can indict a ham sandwich in front of a grand jury. You don’t need a unanimous verdict. And only the prosecution can present evidence. In other words, the defense doesn’t even have a chance to address the grand jury, let alone present their own evidence. And it seems that Bragg has failed to clear this very, very, very low bar. In this case, it seems like he can’t even indict a ham sandwich… It’s humbling for the prosecutor’s office and frustrating for the people of New York. Bragg has wasted precious time and resources on a political job that is likely never going to see the light of day. While real criminals, violent criminals, roam the streets of New York every day.

In conclusion, Sean Hannity believes that the case against Donald Trump is weak and politically motivated. Despite years of investigation, a grand jury, and a prosecutor’s meeting with law enforcement, Bragg has failed to provide enough evidence to indict Trump. This is a waste of resources and time, and New York deserves better from its prosecutor’s office. Meanwhile, Hannity continues to criticize the case’s flimsy foundation and suggests that it is not a legitimate pursuit of justice.
